For too long women have been the victims of the mysteries and taboos surrounding their own physical changes. Menstruation, sexuality, pregnancy, menopause, and aging are often experienced with fear, confusion, and sometimes even horror. The purposes of WOMAN’s BODY is to explain to every woman - in straightforward and unbiased way – all of her body’s functions and changes in comprehensible language. To make this wide range of information even more easy to understand, illustrations and other images will be provided.

Further, materials contained in ABOUT WOMAN will be submitted for review and commentary of practicing women physicians before publishing. Because medical opinions and theories vary and often contradict each other, the publisher of this site will attempt to remain free of bias.
